Jo Anne is a Senior Partner at Hagen and Melusky.  Her practice is now concentrated in the areas of business and commercial law, intellectual property rights and international trade law.  She has over thirty years’ experience in business and has been the founder of three successful companies.  Her experience as Chief Counsel for Hach Company, provided her with real-world experience in intellectual property management and international law.  She has written prolifically, with over 100 publications in her areas of practice and thirty years’ of teaching regulatory, commercial and international trade law.

She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Iowa courts, US District Court for the District of Colorado and the Court of International Trade.
