When coming from Greeley or Loveland: Take the Windsor exit off Highway 34. Go north on Highway 257 until the first stop light (Eastman Park Drive). Turn left (west) and go one block. Turn left (south) onto Water Valley Parkway. Continue on that horseshoe-shaped road through some houses. One block after you cross the Rock Bridge there will be a sign on your left for Austin's, Pelican Lakes, and Water Valley. Turn left and drive up into the parking lot. On your right will be the golf course club house. To the left of that will be 3 office buildings. We are in the center building, in the lower level.
When coming from Ft. Collins: Take the Windsor exit off I25 and go east on Highway 392 (Main Street in Windsor). Go 5.2 miles (all the way through Windsor) to the stoplight at Highway 257. Turn right (south) and go to the second stoplight (Eastman Park Drive). Turn right (west) and go one block. Turn left (south) onto Water Valley Parkway.
