Position Areas of Practice Bar Admissions

Robert Herrera joined Hagen & Melusky Law Offices as an associate July 1, 2008.  He was born and raised in Weld County.

Robert's areas of practice are business law, commercial law, tax law and civil litigation.  He received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 2004.  He also received his L.L.M., in taxation at the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program in 2005.  He was admitted to the Colorado bar in 2005 and the United States Tax Court in 2006.

Robert has taught classes and seminars at the University of Northern Colorado.  Those classes include the Legal Environment of Business in the fall of 2006 and spring of 2007; Business Administration and the Law in the Fall of 2007.  He presented a seminar to the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce in Business Choice of Entity and Introduction to Contracts in May of 2007, and, Entity Formation to International Business to the Byron White Inns of Court in February 2007.

Robert is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Weld County Bar Association, Child Advocacy Resource & Education Board Member, Realizing Our Community (R.O.C) Board Member, and the President of the Byron White Inns of Court for 2008-2009.
