Robert J. Herrera, Esq.

Robert Hererra, was born and raised in Greeley, has been proudly serving business and tax law needs of Weld County residents and companies for a number of years, and joined the Hagen and Melusky Law Offices in 2008 and now is a Partner with our firm.

Robert's areas of practice are business law, commercial law, tax law, secured transactions, civil litigation, employment and unemployment law.  Robert received his finance, law and master's degree in tax from the University of Denver, University of Denver College of Law and University of Denver Graduate Tax  Program.

Robert also owns and operates H Consulting, Inc., a Colorado company specializing in corporate governance and profit enhancement.

For the last six years Robert has taught the Legal Environment of Business and Business Administration of the Law courses, as a part time professor at the Monfort College of Business, University of Northern Colorado.  He is also the recipient of the 2008 Kimberly Hayes Outstanding Professor Award.

Robert has presented seminars to the Greeley/Weld SBDC, Legalities of the Small Business, November 2008, Byron White Inn of Court, Are You Smarter than a Fourteenth Grader, October 2008, International Choice of Entity, Establishing the Non-US. Robert is very active in the legal community and Weld County community at large.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Weld County Bar Association, Northeast-East Central Colorado SBDC, Child Advocacy Resources, Realizing our Community, and West Point Home Owners Association.  Robert is also past President/Member of the Byron White Inn of Court.   Contact Robert
